Maximum stay after getting GC

We got GC in 2006. My family was out of US for 4 months last year but have to again leave US after staying 2 months. They will be coming back to US in May after 5 months (less than 6 months). Will there be any problem during immigration in port of entry.

You shouldn't have no problems. But it depends on the CPB, because they can do problems after even couple days from what I read here
