Maximum Admission Period for B-2 Visitors?

My parents are going to visit me this year as B-2 visitors. Does anybody know what is the maximum admission period for B-2 visitors now? Is it 6 months or 1 year?

If you are Chinese, it is extended to 1 year from 6 month.

Visa validity periods and duration of stay are completely different.
