***Material needed for Citizenship Application

Except for the form that needed for citizenship application, is there any other information or paperwork needed? like annual tax, bills for 5 years? If so, I will have to collect them earlier~

I dont see any related requirement in the form... Anyone could kindly tell me? Thank you~~

For a straightforward N400 application you need the filled out form, $675 cheque, 2 photos and a copy of the front and back of your GC.
