I was supposed to finish my Masters in Dec 04 but could not.My H1 was approved in Sept 04 .In the I-129 under the column Alien's past experience .. my company had mentioned that the candidate is expected to finish Masters degree by Dec '04.My Job is fine and my Manager knows that I could not finish the degree.
I am going for my Visa stamping very soon.I will be finishing my Masters next Semester.Will this be a problem in my H1 Stamping?Will they be ok if I tell them I will be finishing it next semester ?
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
