Master's Degree NO Equivalent in req. mentioned?

What if LC requirement is mentioned simply as Master's Degree and nothing mentioned whether a foreign equivalent will be accepted or not what are the chances - Denial without giving much thought or chances of approval at NSC.

Here are my case details: Its a LC substitution case at NSC.

I have Masters Degree in EE from INDIA which is evaluated as equivalent to 2 years U.S. Masters Degree, however requirements on LC is as follows (NOTE THAT NOTHING IS MENTIONED IF A FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IS ACCEPTABLE OR NOT):

14. Education: Master's Degree
Field of Study: CS, Math, EE, CE, Telecommunication Engg.

15. Special Requirements:
None Specified.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in any one of the listed disciplines and five years of progressively more responsible experience in lieu of Master's plus two years experience
 
Domt worry. It is not absolute requirement to say in that "MS or foreign equivalent" If yor foreign master degree equal to US master dgree and in thee same field of LC, you will be 100% ok. You sohuld send cre.evaluation by reputed fims, however.

I did the same. My LC simply said "Bachelors Degree" . My 140 was approved.

Can you please tell me which Service center you got I-140 approved, mine was sent to Nebraska Service Center on 2/01/07, My M.Tech from IIT is in the same field of LC and it is evaluated equal to 2 years US master degree, Lets see what happens.

I am little worried as my attorney called and suggested not to do Premium processing and said that "They have seen a problem with filing I-140's under premium processing in Nebraska when you meet the degree requirement by virtue of an Indian degree." I asked for Premium processing as Indian Degree will still be Indian degree even if we file regular.
