Masters = BS + ? Years

I know, this is simple one. But, I am unable to recall or find information on this.
For the sake of labor application for GC, Masters Degree is condisered as BS + how many years of experience?

I think MS = BS + 5 yrs of experience..
But..This is far as I know..
