Massive LUD today at CSC

I got CSC LUDs too..

I got LUDs too on my, wife's and child's 485 cases without any message change. 140 is approved last year.

Looks like that I am the only "unlucky one" here who did not get the LUD today. My wife and child got LUDs on their cases.

PD: Dec 2000 CA EB3
I-140 AD: Feb 2006
485 ND: Mar 2006, LUD: Jun 16 2006, Jun 17 2006, Aug 15, 2006 (family only).
EAD/AP AD: Apr 2006
Biometrics: Jun 2006
 
My LUD changes too but content remains unchanged. No idea about my NC but my PD will be current next month. Hopefully CSC is preping for approval. <Keep my fingers crossed>
 
It seems all the people who got LUD are relatively old timers.
Please for those who got and those who did not get LUD, write your ND, maybe there is something into it.

for me also there is a LUD change on both I-485, y'day there was message and LUD Change for my wife and message for my wife I-485 says that additional information is requested, so we mailed you and today I saw LUD on my I-485 and her I-485 too of 8/15/2006. my I485 message same FP received.

looks like CSC open my wife's case, might be my NC cleared and LUD on my I485 might be mass update/NC

dont know what the hell is going on

I've heard there were sometimes massive LUD's and nothing
happened.

Then again, during the summer of 2005, from May to end of August,
nothing happened at CSC followed by massive approvals of 140 and 485
and finger print notices in Spetember 2005, for a short period.
Then CSC got into this slow state since then.
Somthing happened at CSC in May 2005 and
once the fastest center, CSC, started to limbo....

LUD for all family members. It seems a lot of old timers are getting the LUD. Could this be linked to the new Visa numbers being released for next year begining Oct?

i don't think so. at least for me, visa has been available from day 1
 
No LUDs here

My last LUDs (mine and wife's) were back in June 06, after taken FP. Our I-485s were not filed concurrently with I-140s.

LUD's on 485's

was taken by surprise to see the LUD's on mine and my spouses 485's but looks like its some kind of system wide seperation of cases. Maybe CSC is getting organized once again (seperating almost adjudicatable cases which are pending NC)
 
One more LUD change

Ours was changed too yesterday. This is the first time it has changed in one year for us..even if it gives false hopes it makes me feel euphoric :)

I got the LUD too yesterday. My case is EB3 with PD 10/05/2001. I am Chinese. According to the
September visa bulletin, my PD just became current.

It seems that this massive LUD happened to these I-485 cases, which have I-140 already approved.

Anyone got LUD without I-140 approved?
 
LUD Changed

Me Too. My 485 has a LUD of 8/15/2006 with no content change. I am stuck in name check since April 2005.

I140 : RD 03-12-2004. Approved on 01/14/2005.
I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 10/27/2004,02/14/2005, 01/10/2006,08/15/2006 (LUD change without message).

I did not get an LUD. My I-140 was approved in Feb, 06 and my PD has been current all the time.
