Hey Cude, you are really doing great job here (i know you don\'t get paid for this though) ....

It is really hard to see where are our cases. It is more hard to get case # from DOL if you know case # from SESA.

Life really sucks over here. All DOLs are processing Atleast Nov/Dec 2001 except this stupid Boston DOL. Why can\'t they hire more people to get upto speed as far as this LC goes. after all we are also paying same tax as american citizen do. I know there is no point
talking like this.

But for sure, LIFE SUCKS !!!!

8000 cases

Good job, Cube.

One thing that I have to mention is that DOL case number includes
different categories petition as well, even though I forgot what
it was... These cases will be processed within a few days. Thus
roughly half of 8000 cases should have been already passed or
denied. Considering this, DOL will take much shorter time to
clear this back log especially they seem to be working so hard
these days. My optimistic guess is that DOL will process March
18th cases by the end of August.

cube and katayama

I really hope that\'s true. But the our 35 cases per day assumption has already included some cooker or other cases, so I am not that positive. I will say we will thank god if we can get my case clear by the early of November.

anyway, just keep hopes alive.

Thank you both.

Hey cude,

How would anyone know whose case is entered, can we list company names also so that it will be clear whose case is that ?

Cooks

Yaodong,

Please take a look at recent updata in DOL board.
It mistakenly included some these temporary cases.
You will know how quick these cases are approved
and how these cases gets DOL numbers.

P.S. Moreover DOL is processing more than 35 cases
on average. It has already finished Jun cases and
300 left for July.

DOL is really pick up by NOF many cases as possible

Hope they really keep up with the pace. Where is my case anyway?

so upset every day.

Game...

Free 10000000000 points that are good for nothing, if anybody could guess the dates by MA SESA by next update.

My Guess:
RIR July3-Aug1
Non-RIR Apr30

My Priority date is June 10th, 2001. So is my case is MASS SESA or DOL ...

And how long will it take to get an answer on my Labor? I am new
to this board? Any answer is greatly appreciated. --Thanks

thanks cube, but

Is this cases all from MA SESA, is there a way to find out those cases\' priority date?, if so we can find out what\'s wrong with our cases.

My case is probally being processed right now in MASS SESA and should be

be moving to Boston DOL anytime soon...

My priority Date is June 11th, 2001 so my case is probally being processed right now in MASS SESA a

should be going to Boston DOL soon

cube, well said, but it is so sad

I remember that when I started, I tried to tell myself be more realistic, but I never imagine that I have to be so realistic to accept the reality which sucks so much.

anyway , good luck to all

Man, this is depressing

Boston DOL is the slowest in Regional and MA SESA is the 2nd slowest in State!
