mass update on 12/09 ??

Hi,

My LUD has changed today to 12/09 on the I485 applications for my wife and I. No change in the status message and no change to the I140 LUD or message.

Concurrent filing: RD 04/14/2004

Anyone else in this boat ?

last time my LUD changed with no changes to the message and no changes to anything else turned up to be the 10/27 mass update, so I was just wondering if this was the situation again, or was only my cases updated.

Same update on my case too

I had submitted my I-140 on 4/9/04 with a receipt date of 4/14/2004. My I-485 had a received date of April 22, 2004. Today, I have noticed that LUD on I-485 for myself and my wife changed to 12/10/2004 and kids have no update date.

If this is not a mass update, then perhaps INS is reviewing I-140 for 4/14/2004. Or else, if everyone has this LUD then this is mass update.

I had the LUDs after the RFe was sent. It's so werid. My friend has the LUDs after he received the card. It's more weird.

No one understand the operation of CSC.
 
I don't think it is mass update

My receipt date is 6/9/04.
Since 10/27/04 mass update, there is no update for my case.
Maybe, USCIS is handling april cases!

LUD on I-485 got changed to 12/10/2004. No change on I-140

May be USCIS is touching April/2004 cases. Hope its for good.

AP recd - 06/29

Can I hope to get approved this year?
