Moonlighting is not allowed in Maryland and the two main HPSA employers on the Eastern Shore underpay and exploit verbally and professionally. Health Dept makes you sign that if there is any conflict they will not be involved and you need to find your own attorney to resolve the issues....???. So if you are looking for waiver jobs on the East coast keep this as the last resort, have heard Virginia and PA employers are very good. NY pays are lower but at least at par with the American counterparts
