On EAD you are without visa and you can not sponsor spouse while you are on that. You have to have visa e.g. H to sponsor spouse and you keep your visa valid all the time till your wife can adjust her status if PT is current and after that you can go back to EAD if you want. This is a problem to those who applied last year when the PD was current for every one then retrogressed again now.

What if you have H1B not stamped and u travelled to india on AP.
Can we go back and get H1B stamped.

You don't need AP to travel to India - you need it to come back into the US. To answer your question: Yes, you can go to India and get a new H stamp in your passports and return to the US in H status. The only potential problem might be delays in visa processing. Otherwise, that's something one should easily be able to do.
