Marrying after using EAD

Hi,

I'm in a very unique situation.

I've filed for I-140/EAD/AP in March2003.

--My marriage is scheduled on March 2004.
--I've stared using EAD

Can you suggest what should I do to bring my future spouse to US from India?

--I know to file for I-824, I need to wait till I-485 adjudication (appx 1.5 yr.).

1.Is there any way to bring her in the US instead of filing I-824?

2. What happens if she is already in the US and then we get married in the US before 485 adjudication?

3. How do I add her on my I-485?

1. Check if she can come to USA on H-1/L-1
or Check if you can get her here on F-1 before marriage.

2. If she is already in USA then you can file for her paperwork
within USA.

3. If she cannot come on H1/L1...join the club! FTJ seems to be the only option.

Lastly, please consult your attorney.
