Marrying after dv lottery is approved

my dv lottery visa application has been approved and my green card has been stamped on my passport. The question here is if I get married now, can my spouse also come with me and recieve green card. My spouse is currently on F-1 visa and is in status. Reading some materials on the forum, winner can bring the spouse to US even after receiving the letter. Problem here is I have already been approved for green card and I am planning to get married. What are the processes for this. Help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I do not think your future wife can get greencard immediately since you are not an US citizen yet. I think your future wife can not get petition from you if you are just a perminent resident at this point.

you can still file following-to-join benefits for her, and if she is approved before Sep 30, she might get a GC. You will have to prove that your marriage is not fake. Research following to join stuff.
