I'm a singapore citizen and my fiancee is american. we want to move to the US. let say i go there as a tourist, get married to her there, have an adjustment of status, and stay in the US. any problems with this?
Yes. To enter the US as a tourist with the intent to AOS is classed as visa fraud. As you already have a K1 in the works, USCIS already know that you have the intent to live in the US and AOS some time in the future. The therefore enter as a tourist and do just this can result in your AOS being denied and then banned from the US. Please take the advice that I have given you in your other post. Each visa has their own rules that need to be abided by and not to be circumvented. If the rules for the visa that you have in the works (K1) do not fit what you intend to do, then please apply for the appropriate one.
