Marriege Before or After I become US Citizen

Hello,

I am a green card holder and I am about to apply for a citizenship in February.
My girlfriend has changed her status from J1 (Without 2 Years Restriction Rule) to F1, but she doesn’t have an entry visa, just adjustment of status.
I would like to find out which way is faster for her to get a green card. Whether we have to get married before I get citizenship and file the I-130 petition and after that change it to I-485.Or it’s better to get married after I become a citizen and they apply for her GC.

When you get married is irrelevant, but if you are going to be a citizen I'd file the I-130/I-485 together after your oath.
