Hello,
My question is i married an american soldier on a visa waiver programm in 2004 but 3 weeks afther that he got deported to Iraq for a year. Now he's back and i'm here too but on a visa waiver programm. And i'm pregnant. So i can fill out an I-485 form but how long will that take and do i get proof that i filled it because else i can't go to the hospital for a check up for my pregnancy. Thank you so much if you can answer my questions.
