dear all,
i hope some of you have the same experience like me and my husband.
I entered usa with b2 visa holder. After 1 month here, my husband and i getting married (we know each other for quite long), without knowing that actually we have to get married at least 60 days after arrival.
So now, my husband doing I -130 (we also take an attorney to help). But our attorney said that this might cause us a problem.
My husband and I are now so worried and stress.
please, if any of you have the same experience, please share with us. We are really blind about all of these things.
