Married over 3 years - GC still conditional ?

I have been married for over 3 years now. My wife will be coming over on an immigrant visa. Does she get a conditional greencard or a normal one?
How long does it take to get the physical card once she enters the US on immigrant visa. Do we need to submit an application to USCIS?

SHOULD get 10 years gc since u haven married for over 2 years.

the arrival of gc depends, the range is between 2 weeks - 6 months.
if doesn't come within half year, make a infor-pass appt.
