Hi all, just need a little help. I travelled from Australia to the USA on the visa waiver program with the intention of meeting a good friend of mine for the 1st time (didnt intend on marrying), Well during my 90 days here we fell in love and have just been married.I understand i need to fill out the I-485 form, is there anything else i need? medical examinations, other forms etc etc ??
We did leave this to the last minute but we wanted this, not for me to have to fly back to Australia and apply all over again, And the fiancee visas arent any better because they just give you 90 days to marry anyway so we did it yesterday. Im very limited in money and cant afford a lawyer so any advice is greatly appreciated.

Is your spouse a citizen?

Then she has to apply for I130, I485(adjustment of status), I131(advance parole) and I765(employment authorization) ASAP. See INS website for details.
Along with I485 you need birth certificate, medicals (693),photos etc. Once again just follow what is being said in the INS website. Apply a week before your current visa expiry.
