I came to the United States in December 2000, and Overstayed my I-94. In 2003 I filed to Adust status through my mothers hunsband (i was 14 years old) But my mother had cancer and we didnt have enouth to go on with the case and my mother abandoned the case. In 2006 we tried again, under my moms husband. And i Got a Employment authorization, but it expired and now he wants a divorce, there not getting along. Now im married to an US citizen and im gonna try for my papers again.... I lost my I-94, I do have my passaport and Visa stamped the date of entry. Do i absolutely need my I-94 to Adjust my status? and will they have a issue with the two times i filled but the prossess was not completed?:o im worried.
