Hey Friends

My 7th year extension for my H1b is approved, However I am waiting for my AP. I want to get married in India, Can i get my wife on H4. I am yet to get my EAD Card -So What Happens to my wife's 1-485? What's her status? Im Confused? Please help.

If your H1 is valid, she will be eligible for H4 visa. Using H4 visa she can come to USA and apply for her I-485.
