I am in the process of AOS and planning on getting married next month. I would like to know what is the process to bring my wife to the US. Currently I have H-1B approval notice but travelling with AP as I do not have H1b stamped in my passport.
1. Can I apply for my wife for H4 without having my H1b stamped?
2. What is the procecdure for I-824 and CP for my wife once my I-485 is approved. Basically how long does it take for the consulate to process her application after they recieve I-824 notice.
