I just got married and received the marriage certificate. My wife has filed the paperwork for the name change to SS office.

I want to know if I need to change or fill anyform or notify to USCIS. I am a GC holder since 2004.

If your wife is a permanent resident, she should apply for an updated green card with her new name.
