Marriage on Visitor visa !

I am on a visitor visa to USA since last 2 months . Can i get married to this guy who has just filed his I-485 in California ? Will this create any problems in me/him getting green card ?

Talk to the lawyer representing your spouse for 485.

 This is how a lot of people get GC here...nothing new.
