I am a US citizen and just graduated from college and married my boyfriend
like a few days ago who holds a student visa. However, we are planning to go
back to Vietnam in Feb because of some emergency reason. So, should I file
the petition for him now? or wait till we go back to Vietnam and file the
paperwork there? in this case, will the immigration visa take longer to
process? since the both of us are in vietnam. Besides,say i want to come back
to the US in May and if his immigration visa is still not yet processed, how
can he come back here with me? Please if anyone can give me some legal advice.
