Marriage in INDIA during 7th Year extension

Hi,

My 6 years limit on H1 is expiring in mid May and I have my EAD with me. But I am planning to go to INDIA and get married. Since I may not be able to get my spouse if I get married in INDIA while working on EAD I am requesting my employer to file a 7th Year extesion so that it will help me go home and get married and come back along with my Spouse. I need suggesions in this regard.

Would there be any problem if i get married during the 7th year extesion. Can I bring my spouse on h4 and add her to my GC application.

I would really appreciate your suggestions in this regard.

I would suggest filing the 7th year ASAP and use Premium processing before going to get married. Yes, you can get H1 and H4 visa stamp. Plan accordingly.
