Ok Im new to this site and I'm not 100% sure how to use this. I am in desperate need of help!!!!! I live in California and I married my husband who was illegal. We got married March 17, 2005 and we filed his I-751 march 3, 2008. I just found out that our whole marriage was a fraud! I found out he was cheating and lieing, and was just basically using me for his papers. I was so upset I called him and threatned to tell immigration that I was no longer going to support the petition to remove conditions on his residency; little did I know he was tape recording the whole conversation. Now he says that he will get his green card no matter what because I was psychologically abusing him. Let me tell you I loved my husband I still love him, but I dont want to be played for a fool and thats exactly what I feel like, an idiot. No wonder he didn't want to live with me for the first two years we were married! Then there was a domestic violence issue where he hit me and was taken to jail but the case was dismissed. After that I threw him out of the house and a week later he took his girlfriend on vacation to Peru with him. He is continuing to live with her, but married to me and just about to get his green card. How can I stop this ASAP and make sure he doesnt get his green card????
