Marriage certificate - which form?

Hello,

A quick question: I need to get a copy of our marriage certificate for my U.S. citizen husband to submit the I-130. We were married in Ontario (I'm a Canadian citizen).

From the Ontario ministry you can either get a regular marriage certificate, "file size" as they call it, or a "certified copy of statement of marriage (long form)".

Which one should I obtain for the I-130?

Doesn't matter - as long as it is attested by the appropriate government agency and has your names, marriage date, etc details.

I would advise you to submit this.
