A few years ago, I got my marriage certificate with my ex. He applied for political asylum. I think he actually filed for work authorization card for me. I do not have a copy. But then our marriage was annuled. I don't think he has me on his I485.
Now I'm applying for my own I485 based on EB3. On my marriage status, what should I put? Single? Do I need to attach the annuled marriage certificate?
