Marriage After getting EAD

Hi

I got layed off from company X on Feb1st and got my EAD from from the same Company X on June1st. Now I'm planning to get married and get my wife from India. How can I do that? Is it possible to do so?

--- Did you find new job? Did you use EAD for new or past job? If you have used EAD, file for new H1 once new H1 is approved and you recieveH1 approval notice from BCIS go out of US get H1 visa in your passport and enter on H1 status and your wife will get H4 visa if you maintain H1, once she gets H4 and enters US file her I-485 with your I-485 filing receipt
--- one can file for H1 even if AOS is pending

P.S.: Oh, as far as I understand, having EAD ( or absence there of ) is totally irrelevant to it.
