I have got a DV lottery VISA, and I want to get married from my lovely, I am still in my country, my questions are :
- If I got married and go to the USA, can that considered as an immigration fraud, even it's a real marriage?
- When I get the USA, what should I do to apply Green Card for my wife? Should I hire a lawyer?
- How long the process will dure?
