Marriage after GC approval

Hello, I got married(2005) after GC approval(2003) and my wife is currently in US on H1 Visa. What is the best way to get GC for her? Should we apply for family based GC for her on my name? OR Because that process takes for ever, should I wait for my citizenship and then try to apply for her? Any other options?

Appreciate your help.
 
Since you are a green card holder you can petition for her but you will have to wait several years for her priority date and visa number become available, probably by that time you will be getting your citizenship...what you can do is to anyway petition for her (only I-130), she stays in H1 (for how long is her H1?) and what comes first, probably your citizenship then you upgrade your petition as US citizen and she (if she still here) applys for adjustment of status.
