That this affidavit is executed in behalf of the following person:
You fill in your wife\'s name
In the same item 3:
Under name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:
Do we need to put Wife\'s name again or just leave blank.
Leaving the field blank because i am thinking this is for those who sponsor family and you fill in the sponsored person\'s spouse and children here. Am I right? Please confirm.
