marraige certificate name spelling mistake !!??

OR
file the I-485 without copy of marriage certificate( if I-485 is going to be filed for derivative spose) you will get RFE for copy of marriage certificate and then send the copy of correct marriage certificate.

get the Name corrected on Marriage certificate and then file the I-485

I would recommand you to file with incorrect certificate. If it's a minor spelling mistake, it may not matter at all (depends on adjucating officer).
However, after filing I-485 with incorrect certificate, continue your effort to obtain a corrected marriage certificate, so that you can serve that for any potential RFE.
