March'02 RDs with expired FP1s who have not recived FP2 notices yet, please post so we can have a count of how many of us are out here in the waiting game for FP2.

Can you guys post which state you did FP

Because 2nd FP notice depends on the which state you are, i know in NJ newark ASC is over booked for FP's

True that 2nd FP dates which one receives depends on ASC workloads, but I doubt if it has anything to do with 2nd FP notice generation.

I was called for 2nd FP on 11/21/03 at New Rochelle. First FP was 6/27/02 . And now because of INS mistake I have a 3rd FP at New Rochelle for 1/20/03. I will go and see what happens.

I guess you should try calling since u are past the normal dates for New Rochelle..

Thanks a lot for your useful information. What's your RD for I-485?

I guess I am not that lucky. I contacted my area congress-woman (Sue Kelly) twice and though her office inquired both the times (INS replied I should receive FP2 within 30 days), I never received FP2. When I called them (INS, 2nd Tier), they told me "my A-files are lying with the FP-scheduler and whenever my local ASC (New Rochelle) is having a free slot, I should be getting my FP2." 45 days have passed since this reply and yet no FP2. Now, I am waiting for EAD3 and AP3 (both RD: 11/07/2003) if these would trigger FP2.

I have never understood fully how this FP notice generation works.

BTW sen_gc mentioned it depends where u did ur first FP
I did my FP1 in Newark, sen_gc u said they Newark ASC is overbooked with FP.
What does that mean
They are not sending 2nd FP notice or what ??
or they have send lot of 2nd FP notice and are overbooked with them. If so, Did I miss the boat
