March02 RD Filers count

Specifically people with EAC02153xxx. Any progress on these cases. Why the hell is it taking so looooooooong...

It's EAC02153xxxx. RD is 3/18/02. NIW case. I visited the local office, and was told that "there is no time limit". According to the processing time on the USCIS web and the information on this forum, philadelphia needs more than 1 year to schedule an interview.

mine is eac0215052xxx: any approvals for anybody in this thread yet...? my second FP was done Dec 3, 2003.
how long is it typically taking for EAD approvals in VSC? 90+ or any < 90 day cases?

Update

ran a scan on EAC02153 today. (from #s 50001-50300)

Sample size of 38 cases:


Approved/Completed Count 1
Misc Count 1
Received Count 2
Resumed/FP recvd Count 22
RFE recvd Count 2
Transferred Count 10
Grand Count 38

Of the 10 transferred, 2 were transferred to Boston yesterday (2/18), thats 26% transferred and 5% RFE.

terrible. This would indicate 1 in every 3 cases is either an RFE or transfer.

Curious - I am assuming most March filers have completed their 2nd FP. Has the online status been updated to reflect receipt of 2nd FP results, for anyone.
