Whats going on ?? EB2 -->> Not available...
It sucks .. Now we need to wait for another 6 months for Visa Number to be available.
 
Something needs to be done. We legal immigrant wait in the line for so long and no body cares about us. I am getting tired of the way USCIS is handling the business. FIFO is not being followed. People apllying in 2007 getting their GC approved.

Its so frustrating ....
 
Mine advanced more than 2 years

The VB of my country (rest of the world) is now jan-05 . my PD is FEB 03.
MY I-140/I-485 is Aug 07. I am now past due on the VB . I just want to know what is going to happen. IT will be the biggest Bull$%$% if people from JAN 05 get approved before me.
