Hey guys need clarification ,

Are you guys using the e-form or hard copy
Now is it apply to hardcopy is ok or they return the passport if you dont use the e-from
and one more Question
as we are in us how you are answering the Question no 22
when do you intend to arriave in the U.S ,
IN the electronic form we got just dates .. no option for putting "already in usa" ,
how to fill those types of Questions ..

If you do not select any dates, ie use the default as it appears, a .pdf file is generated with a blank column. Print it out and write "already in us" by hand. For that matter, if you do not touch a question, it is comes out blank, and you can write by hand

FYI.

I had a problem with any visa cancelled/revoke question. Even though I clicked No, Yes radio gets selected and pdf file generated with X on Yes for this question. I tried clicking NO, but it would not let me. So I tried again without clicking Yes/No and crossing No by hand. May be it was just me (operator error!), but heads up anyway....

I applied for visa revalidation (my H1 and wife's H4 visa). Now if we are thinking of converting my wife's H4 visa to F1

- should I file "change of status" without waiting for visa revalidation or should I wait till I get my passport back

- if i go with F1, should i reapply for visa revalidation after I get back my passports.
