March ND are forgetten by the INS

mad call to INS and ask is the case assinged or not. IF it is not assigned then something is missing here.

My RD is FEB and ND is March but i have given my FP on Nov 3. I will wait for another 3 weeks and then i will call.

We can\'t even send them a FAX to look into our case because the JIT report says 01/01/2000.

I think we have only few candidates with late 2000 RD and that too they might have got RFE.

I do not think that not even one cadidate exists with RD 2000 and case not assigned to an officer.

I hope the JIT reports moves forward. I think do avoid FAX\'s they just saying it is 01/01/2000.

I got it by mail - I never checked the automatic answering
machine. I was tracking it by postings from others who got
their approvals ;P This forum is pretty good.

I urge all who get their approval to post their dates here
so others (in the queue) can have some hope.
