RFE Responded 1/25/04(LUD).

Any March Guys with RFE's waiting for I140 Approval.Please update.......

replied on 2nd jan and status says only recived the evidences. No LUD after thst.

I-140 RD 1/30/2004
485 RD 1/30/2004
I-140 RFE responded on 2/1/05 RD 2/5/05 next LUD 2/10/05

after that I have not seen any LUD's. One of my co-employee got approved within a week after repying the RFE.

I am just wondering how they order, is it depend on your WAC no.

what is your co-employee's I-140 RD?
CIS has received the response sent by my attorney on 02/11/2005. My I-140 RD is 10-Nov-2004. LUD changed twice, that may be for the EAD. EAD approved on 02/18/2005. No update after that. Thanks.
 
We never know for what reason the LUD changes.In my case I got EAD/AP renewal couple of weeks back but there is no LUD change.

One more thing ,I have seen some guys saying their I140 is pending for "Name Check Pending".

My I485 on line message says "the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made"

Does the above message means any thing for "Name Check" Done .

My Co-employee I-140 RD is 1/20/04 and mine is 1/30/04. May be in reviewing RFE also they see RD. Hoping for good.
