March Filer - Talked to IIO - RFE

Have been with the same company all through, submitted birth certificates. IIO said they are preparing RFE, will be sent to my lawyer in two weeks. Any ideas on the RFE?

Don\'t worry!.Must be Latest Pay Stubs,Employment letter etc

They may just want to check if you are still in Employment.
A delay of a month.
