March case approved!!

Could not believe my ears. After a wait of 4+ years, mine and spouse\'s case approved on Dec 7 2001. RD 3/5/01 ND 3/13/01. EAC 01 124 5****. Thanks to everyone on this board from where we have gathered a lot of information.

message changed from case not found to case received around thanksgiving weekend. But my lawyer updated my change of address around the same time. other details- fp done in 8/01 in nyc.

PD is April 97 so this was a long and testing wait....and 140 was AOS.

When you recd your courtesy copy of I 485 approval, did your spouse
also get a copy in her/his name ?

The reason I ask is I got my approval notice today. Nothing came in the mail for my wife.

My wife & I have applied jointly. Does it mean her case is also approved ? Can we both go to INS and get our passport stamped.

I am a bit worried....Please advise GC Gurus.
