Hi Guys, It seems that California Service Center Process I-485 Application based on Receipt Notice Date ( thats what IIO told me, that Notice Date is the Key here). Lets See how many of those folks are still waiting? You can Check in PCee list but Many a Guys in PCee list are not active at all, so we don\'t really know they got approved on not.

CSC JIT is still 01/01/01 Receipt Notice DAte so If there is any very unlucky folks who are between Jan-Apr 2001 Notice DAte still waiting, may get their frustration out Here.

ND 08.20.01 WAC 01-262 Still Waiting

There are atleast 39 cases with ND is August and Sept who are waiting (July Pcee List)
 
Looks like CSC has forgotten the pre-Sept ND guys !

and is focussing only on Sept ND cases now.

MY Notice Date is July 09 2001 and Recipt Date is of April 2001

Talked to IIO and She said CSC process based on ND so you are ok. But it seems very few left prior to Notice Date of September 2001.

Thats one way is a good news as CSC JIT shoul move forward quickly allowing left ones send Fax inq.
 
Hopefully JIT should move to 09.01.01

We havn\'t had a JIT report from CSC since 03.15.02. Hopefully, they are trying to figure out the I485 JIt date.

I lived in 2 other states before California, is that why?

My RD is 6/1, ND is 8/7, FP done on 1/10 as scheduled. AVM has been "...process resumed..." since Jan. Received a 2nd FP notice 2 weeks ago. My attorney advised me not to do the 2nd FP and just wait.

Just talked to IIO, was told there were still couple steps need to be done before assigning to an office, no detail was given. Any idea of what\'s going on? How long will be the wait?
 
There was a guy who lived in 7 different states and already got approved (a post on this forum)

So that does not seem to be a criteria.

Launched on 4/01/02 for VSC only, and till today 600 VSC guys entered ther information. Today launched for all the centers (CSC,TSC,NSC)

Got second FP notice and went to ASC for the same. Upon bringing it to thier notice about second notice the officer found in the system that first set of FP is cleared and said no need to take again. Sent us back Looks like our case is just sitting there

I feel hopeless the way INS functions. This is typical \'seller\' mentality we see in controlled economy regimes. We are needy buyers,, INS has all the rights to screw us.
