March/April 04 - FP1 or FP2 Approvals !!

It appears that VSC is approving cases with FP done during March/April '04. FP could be FP1 or FP2.

The above two recent 2003 cases and many other posts suggest that. What do you guys think?.

Any later approvals for FP given in June/July '04?

Could be right. I just got my approval and I did my FP2 in April.

All these cases have their 140 approved in july, thats why their 485 are getting approved....All those guys who have 140 approved two three months back will not get anything. The guys whose 140 is getting approved now might be processed under the new law
