I checked AVM 5 min ago and found out that my case had been approved today.

RD or ND: 3/27/2001
FP: 8/??/2001
AD: 2/14/2002

It\'s really weird. When does AVM update? In the morning, in the evening or at any time?

By the way, did you get an RFE?
 
From the AVM, the case had been approved on Feb.14, 2002

I don\'t know. I checked the AVM last night and the message wasn\'t changed then. But when I checked this morning, I was told that the case had been approved on Feb. 14, 2002.

I am sure that you must have been anxious in the past few weeks as many April cases had been approved. I\'m in a similar boat. My case was filed in April and still not approved. But many people with May RDs have been approved. VSC sucks.
 
After reading Tree\'s post, I am trying to get to the AVM. But no luck yet.

My ND is March 13 2001. Wait is a bit more than your\'s. I don\'t understand the policy of VSC.
