Your are right kabish. I am seeing lot of EB3 approvels but not EB2. My RD is Apr29, 2004 and EB2, concurrent, CSC.

Well, I'm EB3, and I don't see any updates, no LUDs, no RFE, no approvals...

1-485 : May-17-04

Just got LUDs. Did inquiries yesterday.

140 status?

same thing happened with me, I and my wife I-485 got LUD on 01/07/2004.
Last LUD was on 10/27/2004 for I-485. No update on I-140.
My RD on both I-485 and I-140 is 1 April 2004.

Any update on your I140 status? Is it approved? Its been long time since you last posted.

hopefully you'll see approval soon, if the LUD theory holds. I hope we also see more EB3 approvals, to give me some hope.
