March 25th Cases

Are there any updates/LUDs for your cases.
I got an LUD for me and my wife on 01/07/2005.
Just wondering if it is a mass update.

Even i got a LUD update on 01/07/2005 only for 485 for me and my wife.
But I-140 had not changed .May be we should expect something next week.

same thing happened with me, I and my wife I-485 got LUD on 01/07/2004.
Last LUD was on 10/27/2004 for I-485. No update on I-140.
My RD on both I-485 and I-140 is 1 April 2004.
 
Exactly same thing here.

LUDs for I485 for myself and wife changed 1/7/2005 since last mass update 10/27/2004. There is no LUD change for I140 though.

I140/I485: PD 6/7/2004

I hope this is not another mass update.

That means it is look like another mass update like who got LUD change on 10/27/2004.I think that who got LUD change on 10/27/04,they also got LUD change on 01/07/04.It means USCIS is touching our cases or not we dont know exactly!!!

It looks like another mass update. I don't know if we can expect any progress next week. There is no change on I-140. :eek:

Not a mass update. I didn't receive an LUD update this time. My last one was on 485 only on 10/27. Are you guys EB2?
 
My I485 and wife's I485 LUD has been changed from 10/27/04 to 1/7/05 to 1/10/05 again.

EB2, CSC, MS+

Is it good sign? Any sugestions please.

EB3 - concurrent - 140/485 (RD-16 Sep 2004)
 
other 2 of my collegues from same company, with same ND as me, also got LUD changes to their I-485.
 
LUD change on 1/10/05

Not sure my I-485 LUD was changed on 1/7 but it is showing 1/10/05 for self and spouse today. This sounds like a limited mass update (after reading on this and other threads). Please keep posted on March cases promptly.

Are you EB2 or 3? Did you get any RFEs? When was ur last LUD on 140? I haven't received any LUDs :( I think my case has fallen through the cracks.

Is your case is EB2?

My guess is that all EB2 cases have LUD changed to 1/10/05.

My case is EB2 and has been changed from 10/27/04 to 1/7/05 to 1/10/05.

Let's keep fingers crossed for prompt approval.
 
01/10 LUD updated here too

I do not think it means much since 140 has not been updated. I did not have the previous 10/27 mass update though.

EB2, semi concurrent labor-sub. 04/09 - 140 ND.

My case is same as yours EB2.Ms+1.
May be they are doing something to March filed cases.
