Is your name check completed? If yes, then I guess I485 approval is at your door step based on LUD. In this forum I have seen PD of April/March 2001 EB3 India have already got approval in Feb 2006. good luck.

I received a letter from INS in Oct 05 stating name checks being performed. And now I see a new LUD (02/06) on I-485. What is perplexing me is no change in I140 status.

I am in the midst of changing jobs ......
