jigesh, mt2003:

All the best to both of you!

Jigesh:

I think more than the hectic travel plans; it is the SLOW internet speeds that will hamper posting your cp success story! You will soon realize that!

Thank you, alren and mt2003cp.

Question: The interview letter says to bring separate drafts for processing and issuance fees. I didn't know that - I thought (and got) one draft of $335.00 per applicant (ACI-140). Any possible issues?

Thank you.

jigesh:

As per pre-October 2003 policy the consulate required 2 check/ drafts but they changed the policy in October 03 where they started accepting a single draft per candidate for the $335 amount.

I think consulate already has pre October 2003 fee instructions printed and that is what you've got. Refer mumbai web site:
http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/wwwhfees.html

You may want to call them to get more details....i am sure either ways they will accept the money since it goes to the same account just make sure that have checks seperate for each candidate!
