March 2004 EB-2/EB-3 - Please update your latest status

Hi All,

Requesting all of those applied in March'04 who already got 140 approval and waiting for 485 decision to update their latest status. Also provide the details if you have already sent enquiry / FAX or spoke to some one using the emergency number.

I called the emergency number yesterday in the evening at about 3.30PST. The person was very polite and told me that my case is already processed and waiting for the feedback from external agencies. He did n't provide any concrete information and told me that sometime they wait for certain information from external agencies like Interpol ??? :confused:

He advised me to apply for the 2nd AP / EAD and not to wait for 485 approval as the decision may depend a lot on how quickly the external agencies reply to their queries.
 
Folks,

Mine also filed concurrently and not approved so far. I am not seeing any EB2 cases getting approved in CSC.

Both 140 and 485 are pending.

My case also same.Did enquiry for I-140 and 485.I called myself for 485 by calling emergency no.That lady told that this no is for emergency purpose why r u calling this no.After that she told that my case is in adjudication department and waiting for Name Check Clearence I dont know when it will get cleared.Really confusing and lot of frustration.
My case is March 28th EB2

Is there any difference between Adjudication dept and case assigend to an officer??

I-485 LUD 10/27/04 for spouse

Inquiry Response: Pending Additional Secrity Check

I filed a inquiry 3 weeks ago, yesterday I got the reponse from CSC that my case has been reviewed by the adjudicator, but it is pending additional security check now. Send an email to FBI about the security check status, not expecting any response soon.
